ANNUAL CAREERNATION EXPO
The Annual CareerNation Expo hosts a series
of hiring conferences in various U.S. cities that comprise the largest
Africa recruiting events in the United States. The Expo is a well-planned
face-to-face assessment with prescreened job candidates. In 2008,
CareerNation placed more than 300 professionals into careers across
Africa.
Screening Methodology
CareerNation staff carefully reviews each candidate’s application, and compares his/her interest and credentials (including academic achievements, work experience, activities, career objective etc) to other candidates’ within the same disciplines. Candidates whose interest and qualifications best match the requirements of participating employers/s are invited to interview with client employers.

CareerNation Africa Brain Gain conference brings together leaders in the business community, representatives of African governments, emerging entrepreneurs, and professionals to discuss human resource issues affecting Africa.
Africa Brain Gain Awards
Africa Brain Gain Awards are bestowed upon individuals that have made extraordinary contributions to human resources development in Africa. The Africa Brain Gain Conference committee selects Africa Brain Gain Awards recipients. |
