Ogonna Ihedihoa Manager, Business Operations, CareerNation, Abuja, Nigeria

Ogonna Ihedioha is the Business Operations Manager CareerNation Nigeria. Prior to taking up that position she served in the capacity of a Financial Service Adviser in Barclays Bank PLC United Kingdom. While in the UK, she also worked as a Human Resource Assistant in MPA Consulting, an organization that was in charge of the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) restructuring. Furthermore, working as an Associate in African Acesss, she gained a lot of experience with dealing with NGO’s, foreign embassies and governmental agencies.

Mrs. Ihedioha has a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Manchester, UK. She specialized in organizational behavior and development and was able to utilize her knowledge of the aforementioned to impact the restructuring process in the NHS.

Prior to traveling to the UK, she obtained a BA with honors in Literature-in-English. She also completed her primary assignment with Sycon Industries as a Human Resource Officer.

Mrs. Ihedioha is currently a Licentiate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She resides in Abuja, Nigeria. Mrs. Ihedioha has dual nationality; Nigerian and Canadian and speaks English, Igbo and a bit of French.
