Michael Kuma Avuglah is the Business Operations Manager of CareerNation Ghana. Mr Avuglah has worked in various categories particularly as Human Resources Generalist while in London. He has vast experience having worked at the Office of the Ghanaian President as an Executive Officer in sales and Marketing and then with Capita Plc in London as a Sales Officer in TV Licensing.
Mr. Avuglah has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom where he specialised in Employee Relations. He also holds a diploma in Information Studies from the Trinity College of Management and Information Studies also in the UK.
Before travelling to London, Mr Avuglah Graduated with first class from the University of Ghana, Legon Accra having pursued Political Science with Philosophy. Mr Avuglah is currently a licentiate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and actively working towards becoming a full member. Mr Avuglah has lived and worked in Ghana and the United Kingdom and he is fluent in English, Twi, and Ga.
