We seek qualified candidates for the position of Contracts and Grants Officer based in Accra, Ghana.
Position Responsibilities:
The Contracts and Grants Officer will provide support for Contracts and Grants function at the Ghana office, with an emphasis on subawards and consultancies. Responsibilities include: coordinate issuing of subawards, consultancies and other contractual arrangements in collaboration with headquarters (HQ) C&G; support the completing of templates, sub agreement shells and documents for sub ward with guidance from FHI HQ C&G; review documentation from semi-decentralized field offices for completeness, accuracy and compliance within FHI policies and donor requirements; provide C & G support to project management teams in Ghana; provide input for local policy and procedure revisions for FHI/Ghana; support basic grant management skills building for implementing partners; perform other duties as assigned

| Qualifications of the Candidate |
|
Position Requirements:
BS/BA in Business Administration, Accounting or related field, and 3 – 5 years relevant experience in a business setting; or MS/MA/MBA, and 1 – 3 years relevant experience.
