We are seeking an inspirational Chief Executive to drive Solar Aid through to the next stage of development, ensuring growth and clear strategic direction. You will be a proven leader from business or international development, preferably with experience of working in Africa. Translating vision and strategy into operational delivery and communicating with diverse stakeholders are key skills. You will apply your transparent and entrepreneurial working style creatively, and have significant experience of finance, HR and management at executive level. The ability to generate income from a range of sources is a crucial part of the role.
We have a diverse culture with an open and innovative approach, and want a highly resourceful, driven leader to share our success. The role involves considerable amounts of travel whether based in Nairobi or London.
